1. Overview China Resources Longdii Limited (CR Longdii) was founded in 1982 under the name Longdii Enterprises Limited, renamed China Resources Property Limited in March 2002, and officially reverted to CR Longdii in 2023. As a primary business unit under China Resources (Holdings) Co., Ltd., CR Longdii has grown over more than 40 years into a diversified enterprise operating across property management, asset management, hotel operations, overseas real estate, and high-end retail.

(2) 2001–2010: Renamed China Resources Property Limited; expanded into Mainland China; opened Kapok Hotels in the mainland and Conrad Bangkok.

(3) 2011–2020: Merged with All Seasons Estate Thailand; integrated Chinese Arts & Crafts (CAC) retail operations; opened the luxury hotel St. Regis Hong Kong in 2019.
